When we receive the email, we will respond within 4 business hours. Once we have assessed the support request, we will either email solutions or troubleshooting tips. If we feel remote log in or telephone support is required we will request that you purchase support in hourly blocks, as described below.
Please include the following in the email:
1. Company Name
2. Contact Name and details
3. Detailed description of the accounting, software or hardware issue
4. Any screen shots to help explain the issue

If you need telephone or remote support, please CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE SUPPORT in hourly blocks, and one of our Support Agents will call you to arrange a time for remote/phone support. Support will be charged at a fixed hourly rate, and billed in 30 minute blocks. If the support task is completed in less than 30 minutes, the remaining 30 minute block will be refunded.
